No harm in doing so for Amazon. If they slash the price, you benefit.. or it goes up, you get it for the price it was when it was pre-ordered.

If I told you that December was going to see us graced with a MG base-form V2 (with the Buster and Assault armors to follow in subsequent months), how would you feel?
I think it'd make the suffering through AGE MGs worthwhile. Just barely.
Spoiler: show
V2 would be awesome, hopefully they work out a few of the kinks that MG V Gundam had, wouldn't be surprised if they didn't though, transforming MG's always have some issue because of the transforming mechanism. Better have some effect parts for the Wings of Light though
Been two years; it's as good a time as any with no1currAGE MG and SEED MG spam since May. Given that December seems to be Ver. Ka. dominion now it's always possible we'll get a Jegan, Doga/Zulu.. even a Byarlant Custom (trololol). Of course there's November for those things too, but who fucking knows.
Worst case for the Wings of Light, can just make some out of sheet styrene or something as a "core" over which layers of water gel/acryllic gel are built up over. Maybe mix a small amount of clear acryllic red in to get it pink (I suppose if a shield part set wasn't included for the WoL, i'd scratch build it anyway).
psp game is going to be great
Not a terribly big deal or anything, but the General Revil is now being classified as a Dogosse Gier Kai-class battleship. The "Kai" designation is due to the increased length, additional catapults, increased MS capacity and other changes (weapons, etc.).
Are perfect grades everything their overpriced out to be?
Well they are pretty articulated and have a ton of details, but honestly I was happy with Master Grade type articulation when I started collecting models way back when. And they also take up less shelf space than a Perfect Grade. That and I guess there's the fact that less people will own a Perfect Grade due to its price
Only point to PGs now is... size I guess. Detail is unmatched (advantage of the scale) but the modern MGs (especially the OYW Ver. RX-78-2, most UC 2.0s/modern UC kits) are comperable (though they don't have nearly as many individual pieces comprising a limb, etc.) in that regard. Frankly, there's really little reason to invest in a PG anymore. All the mechanical details of things like pistons can be captured in a MG with some metallic paint.
Again, I would recommend using Dalong to research. Invaluable database for pretty much every modeller regardless of experience. Only downside is the lack of pre-1995 Gundam kits and resin conversions (which is where Hobby Search comes in).
Not PG. That's the newest Real Grade. They're essentially 1/144 MGs. See: RX-78-2 Zaku II F-type Char's Zaku II S-type RX-178 Strike Gundam Freedom Gundam Justice Gundam
Am I the only one that finds Justice bland and unappealing? Aegis was always way more unique and interesting in my eyes.
SEED is definitely known for it's deep, engaging plot and inspired designs.
The grunt MS of SEED (prior to Destiny anyway) were probably the high point as far as MS go in SEED. Aegis is the most solid design as far as things go for Gundams in SEED. The BuCUE is pretty unique too; non-bipedal MS are very rare (even among worker MS, like the Sandhoge from V).
Only thing I like out of seed are the Grunts, MSV, and Marrue tits
I remember watching SEED back when I was like 16 and thinking it was some of coolest shit ever. Then I picked it up again after I started College and couldn't figure out what the fuck I was thinking back then .
If the reports are to be believed, the SEED Remaster is doing well (in terms of Blu-Ray set sales anyway). I figure the barrage of SEED MGs are doing decently atleast too. So, while it's early yet it probably isn't out of the realm of possibility that they're going to green light a Destiny Remaster for 2014.
