My BMI is 25.1, just a smidge into the overweight section while my Body Fat is around 13~14%. For military PRTs I never have to get rope&choked (meaning by height/weight alone I'm still within military standards), but I would personally consider myself slightly chubby since I tend not to exercise as much as I should.
I'm 6'2 181-182.
Only about two weeks to go in Insanity. I've lost about ten pounds since starting and slightly toned up.

"under 4%...with a bit of muscle tone." lol, no.
And nice Achillas. Seems like you're at a great weight for your height now.

I started Hormone Replacement Therapy (yay!) almost 2 months ago and have lost 10~ish lbs. Most people gain 10lbs or so, so surely some of it is muscle (hello shrinking trapezius!), but I exercise and watch what I eat (and have been REALLY good since starting HRT, nobody wants to be a fat girl) so there's definite fat burning going on. Listed male and female percentages because of HRT (changes significant, "saddlebag" area has doubled in size lolz) and because my body fat distribution has always been mixed between male and female typical patterns pre-HRT.
It always feels wrong to measure my "man-waist" to determine anything because I have wide hips (bone) and padding to round out the back, where women measure the smallest part of the hourglass as their waist measurement. 40/40/43 gives a much different impression than 40/33/43. Ideal waist/hip ratio for women (0.7) and men (0.9). I'm 0.767, so hopefully I can have some fat redistribute around the middle and have my butt fill out to get a more ideal shape, we'll see!
niro, idk why i always thought you were like 6 ft tall before your hormones level up, let me steal your awesome calves prz
