I have the same issue. do u work out a lot? eat before bed? have sex before bed? serious questions.

ive found having sex before sleep is a bad idea or eating before bed.

I used to have times where I couldn't sleep for 30+ hours but there's nothing a 100mg of Benadryl 12 hours before wake up time couldn't fix.
