Wanted to post about this warrior over on K-Tera, he boasts that he can solo all of the lvl 58 dungeons.
Here are some videos
Is this even possible ?

You've either completely misunderstood the context of my post, or you can't read. You decide.
This is exactly what I was talking about before when I mentioned my fastest dungeon runs come from Warriors. Warriors are ridiculous when played right. I already wrote in stone my main alt will be Warrior in retail because I know of their potential. Half the reason they are so good is because no one knows how to play them so chances are, and they keep getting buffed. Your clearing streak on dungeons will come from Lancers, not Warriors. It only takes time and dedication to change all that though.
Edit: Just noticed he sold a R1 disc for 80M. Very good find.

Holy shit I think we got something. Why doesn't this happen on XI? lol
because XI uses patch servers in japan. Smart companies get patch servers on major hub internet provider backbones, lan transfers mean more customers get the patch faster and they can use their bandwith in the torrent patch system that is being used for other customers. Less work for the company servers and faster spread of your data
/puts a monocle on Bancat.
That actually makes sense, but wouldn't the jump from 1.5MB/S to ~25MB/S usually require the other computer to upload at that speed.
This is starting to make sense now, and excuse my lack of savvy in all this. I just play games.
when you are connecting via a LAN or local area network connection, you upload a 10/100/1000 speeds, depending on what type of cable that person has, and by cable I mean RJ-45, not cable modem speeds. A local connection isnt governed by your bandwith or speed limitation rules since the connection is going from user to user, not routed back to a transfer server and then back to the person. When I had time warner cable and lived in tampa I could open up my network neighborhood and browse all users who didnt have a router. Same concept except since torrent clients always search for the fastest connection locally, you get nice speeds from the dude a few houses down who is also on your same provider. Why send the data back to the server or force you to request your own when you can just toss it into the next room. People who play wow in the atlanta region and have AT&T cable get instant patch downloads (as I recall, unless they moved their servers in recent history). Old school StarCraft 1 and Diablo 1/2 players will recognize this server as USEAST
Wee!
lol nice 400mb connection
No idea how. Downloaded in a little more than 4 minutes. I had P2P off. Fastest real download I've ever gotten before was around 30 mB/s.
I haven't been staring at the patcher much, but I believe the "Applying patch" phase is just unpacking the already downloaded files, so the speeds shown are simply HDD transfer rates at this point.
It's that or suddenly my lame 10Mbps DSL became a monster
^ I was going to say this, heh.
It started at the same speeds. Around ~50 mB/s then went up and stayed at 65 mB/s. I mean it downloaded 7 GB in around 4.5 minutes. Not sure how fast that works out to be.
Edit: I wanted to check my internet activity to see what it said my incoming speed data rate was. Didn't know where to look on a PC.
And here I am lucky to touch 400kb/s... guess this is the best you get when you live away from civilization lol
My GF and me decided to do a little exploring/bug searching:

No idea whats up with that flying whale (like in a few other japanese/korean games, zelda/rune frontier anyone?)

I never was able to spot the whale, while in K-TERA. Also, no idea why I've seen it in other games, like Aion.
In skyward sword you were able to land on the whale, links awakening was all about a whale dreaming, rune frontier (idk which one) had dungeons on it. Must be some kind of a mythology thing
Spoiler: show
lol the Wind Fish lives!
