What's that? TERA has some beautiful and just plain fucking awesome zones?

Was looking for a better place to gather essences in Kaiator region. I found a new "tier" of gatherables, but they don't give skill ups and give the same materials as the previous despite being differently named.

Since people are doing beauty shots, I thought I'd add two from the Fountain of Shara. Going into first person during the instanced part detaches your camera in a weird way, allowing me to grab these two angles.

Maybe you can get these angles at the actual fountain, I'm not sure, but I love it more on the actual map because looking in the water is amazing. Huge catfish-esque creatures are swimming in it, and through the water, the visible submerged caves beg for exploration.

Also, I loved the Temple of Dagon, particularly the central room that you can look up and down, see three floors and one huge central statute. The entire place is dressed with vines and overgrowth, and its moving mechanical parts are deliciously designed to look like an entangling snake made of rock.

yes i agree, it is hard. i've been defaulting to face 1 for most elf but i guess i need to spend more time with sliders for other faces.

I can't bring myself to actually roll a high elf though. the way they stand scrunches in the ass and looks wierd.

I always had a hard time playing them because of the way their chins go into their necks and it looks so uncomfortable, same with the way Castanic males stand.
Human females are impossible to fix, they either look really bland or incredibly derpy and they all have some form of duckface.

Fucking adorable lizards. Look at them! I thought these guys were cute when I first saw them, then there's these guys who are bigger than my Elin and like to "dance" in place lifting their legs up. It's hard to get close to get a screenshot because they "aggro" when you get too close. I want one.
