Looks like this is the next Dissidia game (notice the logo with chibi Cosmos and chibi Chaos) and probably the game Nomura mentioned.
I have to admit that the idea isn't really bad lol. Hopefully they'll include tons of tracks.
I hope the Dissidia series is not heading to 3DS though, I'd rather get it on Vita.

Oh we had a shitty year for profits what should we do? Waste resources and dev time releasing lots and lots of shitty games further tarnishing what little reputation we had. Seems like the smarter choice than ya'know having all the developers work on few decent projects at a time.

Definitely not pour all time and resources into a few gamble projects that might fail. Certainly spread resources around to make a lot more handheld titles that cost a fraction of what it costs to develop on console.

I doubt this project is going to waste many resources or time. Seriosuly it's a 2D game with chibi characters <_<
I find this way more interesting than Mercenaries 3D which was simply a rushed and unfinished job. That's a waste of time/resources.
