Question About POL ID.

Hey guys, I have been trying to create a new POL ID for about a week now but just can't. I don't have my own CC and the only pre-paid cards I have available to me aren't accepted for what ever reason. ( Not even SE was able to create an ID for me with it. )

So, I heard they are completely changing the way you manage your account now, as in, ditching most of POL and making it completely browser based. So, will I be able to play XI with just my SE account now? Or do I still have to have a POL ID? And if so, will it be easier to get one come the 1st? Am I just never going to be able to play XI again? Thanks!

Perhaps SE is preventing the creation of new accounts due to some maintenance. That said, questions go to this thread.
