BGGT: Do you have hookups in Atlanta or NY/NJ?

BG is seeking to have itself a get together, BGGT is what we are calling it and its very simple in nature.

1: Get people together from BG, Ragns and myself will be there, along with many other members who live in the vicinity or want to make a road trip/flight out to see each other.

2: Food in a place, such as a hotel conference room or a large suite, maybe somebody who has a large house, but near hotels or with easy access to a place where we can get food or get food delivered.

3: Booze, lots of booze, we are going to get shit faced. Not only shit faced but we are going to record the whole thing, we are going to tell stories, were going to call people who give us their number, were going to type poorly in chat and all in all, have ourselves a delightful time.

Here is what we need. The hookups. BG is all about doing its thing without getting in the way of shit, so if you have a place, or know of a place, we can have our grand gathering of awesome, let us know. If you work at a resturant that will hook us up with food for cheap, let us know. If you can get us booze for super cheap BY GOD MAN LET US KNOW!

The T-Shirt drive is going to help pay for this, the more shirts we sell, the less money its going to cost people for "tickets" I guess youd say. We want this to be free to eat and party, not counting hotel expenses, but unless we sell a lot more shirts there will be a little bit of a charge. Its not blizzcon money, but its throwing us 30 bucks and we take care of the rest of the details. What we need is hotel hookups, conference hall hookups, food hookups, booze hookups. If you can get us something, we can figure out the rest.

Go forth, friends of the BG, bring us teh deals, so we can all get shit faced and have a good time.

I know there's more then a few bigger bars in New York that will give you a pretty good All-you-can-drink deal as long as you guarantee a certain amount of people. Usually runs between 30-50 bucks for 3-4 hours of drinkings.
My service industry friends are no help on this one, sorry guys.

Another idea for the booze would be to have someone that's driving in from Jersey or further south to buy the booze and bring it up. NY liquor prices are far higher then most places.

Food would be the easiest to sort. Most places have a catering menu that you can order from 24 hours in advance.

I have nothing really, but I'd be willing to help with transportation. I know there's a few of us who live in this area. Atlanta is kind of far, but I wouldn't mind the drive too badly. Just need advance time to get off work.

Should add, I drive a small truck, it's extended cab but the back seats are pretty small, so might only be comfortable for one other person. But still.
