For THF TP outside abyssea:
Standard Rajas/Epona's or Demonry/Epona's?

Looking at the magian weapons for the first real time(recently coming back) - outside of the DRK OAT one; is there any other weapons where not getting the 'full' weapon is on par or close to(if not better) then the 'full weapon'?
Why do I see conflicting opinions, where some say the DA or STR weapons are best and OAX weapons are lacking, and others say OAT is a solid choice? Does 1h vs 2h matter?
Well you can't really just say all str magian is the best weapon for all jobs. Different jobs take get more use out of att/str or DA or even OAX. And yeah 1h seems to get the least out of OAX especially ones with decent amount of DA/TA. Sometimes even for the same weapon and job the difference between them is close enough that it depends on your buffs and gearing
The OAT weapons tend to have a high delay, which can be made useful for 2-handers when making an X-hit build. However, for 1-handers it just puts you in a less desirable spot in the TP-gain curve and take away from ODD procs in your mainhand.
There are other reasons too, but those are just some of the simplest.
Rudra's Storm
Twash/TK/Raiders/
Oce+1/Love/Moonshade(TP Bonus+25)/Brutal
Toci/Raider+2/Thundersoul/Rajas
Atheling/Cuch/Raiders+2/Assasin+2
That's for unstacked.
But for unstacked, would Eponas or another Thundersoul win over Rajas? And any other suggestions for unstacked set?
Fix dagger2, also exenterator(or sometimes evisceration) if not stacking WS.
CDC: Moepapa/Rancorous vs. Rancor/Atheling
Also, best ammo? Assume Thunder Satchet or Mantis Eye.
Moepapa/Rancorous
Mantis Eye if you need the acc, Thunder Sachet if you don't.
Jump, Drakesbane and Sonic Thrust: Justicar's Torque or Ganesha's Mala? (OAT Lance for Jumps). Assuming Justicar's for all of the above?
Edit: Rancorous Mantle for Drakesbane, hence no Rancor Collar above.
I do multi-hit (DA, etc...) over any other stat for jumps, so Ganesha's. (Even with OAT)
For the WS, Justicar's
What's better for Requiescat? Attack? MAB (if it even affects it)? Any other particular stat besides the obvious MND stacking?
MND and fTP bonuses (Carries fTP across all hits). I believe Requiescat functions like a normal WS, but the damage transforms into magic damage after all the calculations are done. Someone else can backup or refute that though.
Sort of? The term I've heard thrown around is "Spirit Damage," like Atonement, where it's entirely physical, but ignores physical resistances. In other words, it does normal damage against things like elementals, slimes, puddings, etc. (It's awesome on the t2 VNM doom toad). The only reason I draw the distinction from "transforms into magic damage" is that its damage isn't enhanced by mobs that take additional magic damage (like Botulus Rex).
edit: Also, @Khamsin, MND should be your primary focus, but ATT really, really helps. So like, Atheling vs. MND, Atheling, but Morrigan feet vs. Attack boots, Morrigan feet.
The build I'm using at the moment on BLU: (the hat is lulzy, but no maat's, and I get better numbers than Aias)
Teal/Shadow Gorget/Flame Pearl/Brutal
Morrigan's/Heafoc/Neptune's/Epona's
Atheling/Shadow Belt/Morrigan's/Morrigan's
The hands aren't ideal, but Smeirc's a dick, Athos is better. I go back and forth on Morrigan legs (+10 mnd) vs. Tumbler (+18 att).
From what people have stated it's similar to Twilight Scythe's properties.Sort of? My question: Ganesha's Mask or Raider's Bonnet+2. That +3% Triple Attack looks delicious, can get around 20% triple attack with it in my TP set. Comes down to 20ish attack vs 3% TA. I'm leaning towards TA due to AF2+2 feet and Demonry Ring's Triple Attack Damage+ on it and the extra TP I'll be getting rather than slightly higher DPS.
Rancor Collar for Drakesbane, Soil/Light/Shadow Gorget for Stardiver. I use Justicier's Torque for Jumps until I get Ganesha Mala; the best neck piece for Jumps.
