Is he serious, as in they haven't even got a alpha western version yet ?TERA hasn't entered beta in North America yet. We have alpha tests starting this Fall.

so assuming he's right I guess we'll see launch date after alpha, doubt they're gonna hit their deadline of beta 1month after JP release thoughQ. When can we expect a CBT/OBT/Retail date?
A. We haven't announced a launch date on purpose. The reason for that is we want the game to be ready when we launch it. We've seen a lot of games in multiple industries fail because they didn't have the content running, they didn't have the game polished. So our first and foremost goal is making sure the game is ready. To circle back around, we won't have an official CBT and OBT schedule until we announce our launch date. We'll announce our launch and then our beta schedule

I don't think they will either. Hoping alpha won't take too long, game isn't bad how it is right now but I have a feeling the pvp qq/westernization, etc, etc phase will take forever.

Honestly I was kinda shocked at that statement. What on earth have they been doing this past year. They had 2 FGT's a year ago with a working English client. Honestly the game should be out now. I hope it's just Scapes saying his usual retarded quote of the week, but if he is not I doubt we will be seeing TERA in NA in 2011.

You look at the official forums right? Have you seen all the crying over there over Tera and now they want it to be? There's been so much talk about testing a personalized pvp system for the western audience. Pretty sure the majority of this alpha they're talking about is going to be primarily focused on adjusting the pvp aspects of the game if there truly is going to be one.
