Order of Shadow (OoS) is a Casual Progression Raiding Guild on Belmont server. We are one of the strongest Guardian guilds on the server and for the past month, the only 13/13 Guardian guild. GSB has been on ~1.5 hour farm status for over 2.5 months now and RoS has been on 2 - 2.5 hour farm status for over a month (the trash... it hurts my eyes sometimes).

The majority of members are in their 20's to 30's. Some member attend college and others have family and kids. We have both serious raiders as well as friends who casually play with us.

Raiding Schedule
Monday, Wednesday: 5:30 - 9:00 PM PST
Sunday: 5:00 - 9:00 PM PST

We are looking to add in more time to progress through Hammerknell. Invites start ~15 minutes before the raid is scheduled to start and everyone is expected to come prepared with potions, enhancements and 100% Soul Vitality.

Loot System
We use an open-bid DKP system to handle loot. If you can wear the gear, you can bid on it. We don't expect stupid shit like Warriors wanting staffs; it doesn't happen. You receive DKP based on early attendance, boss kills, being there from start to finish, and award bonus DKP for a first kill and for hours dedicated towards progression. Once we have cleared a zone, there is no DKP awarded for progression time.

Accomplishments
We do not have many server firsts because relative to the raiding scene we are new. But anyways...
  • Server first perfect Alsbeth and Herald
  • Weekly clears of RoS, GSB, GP
  • Conquerer of GSB (we have a Gweenscale!)
  • A lot of legendary staves


Recruitment Needs
We will always consider a solid application. The main qualities we look for is consistency in attendance, raid awareness, a good attitude, and the desire to learn. It does not matter if you're new to a raid; we'll teach you if you are willing to learn.

We are mostly looking for Cleric and Mage applications. We will also look at Warrior or Rogue tanks.
