I see. Do passive skills carry over as well or just like weapon abilities?

The Core Skills? I'm unsure.
omg Hodor looks amazing lmfao I called him up for the first time!
Stat gains are also based on the class you are, can see them all here. If you spend most of the game as an Assassin, you'll have far better P.Atk than most but low M.Atk. As for my party, I'm around the same level as you and played mostly as me (Fighter), main pawn as Mage and a single Strider pawn. I swapped my class to Magick Archer now and replaced the Strider with a Fighter. Not really interested in taking a fourth member just yet, if anything I was considering dropping the other pawn and just rolling with my main one.
I'm nowhere near comfortable enough to roll around without a healer in my group. How do you go about it? What's your PSN ID btw if you're playing on PS3?
Edit: Nvm didn't see your main pawn was a healer. Derp.
Not all of the dagger skills will transfer over. I cant use that one that grabs and ties foes up on my magic archer.
Also, I just killed the dragon in the southwest. I wish I had done it on my ranger though. Probably would have been over a lot faster. Magic Archer was okay but.. Ranger is still king in my book.
35k worth of rift crystals overnight, I hope Aria is doin a good job :O I've still got her in that captains armor DLC, not sure when I should switch it, seems to be doing well for now.
That rusted weapon shit, I picked one up randomly is that some kind of upgradable super weapon type deal?
Switched to Strider to try it out and in the process... found the Ancient Quarry. The last picture I went full nope.avi.jpg.fuckthisshit out of there immediately

Looks like my healer pawn is doing her job right. Woke up to 80k crystals, and had to scroll down to see the full list of everyone that used her, lol. Just found an absolutely amazing staff for her too, makes her magic higher as a healer mage than as a sorcerer. Wish I'd find new armor though. Been wearing the same robe for like 15 or 16 levels now.
Only skills that don't have any of the class flags on the description transfer to all other classes (that can use that weapon). If there's any class flags at the bottom right corner of the description box, only those classes can use that skill. i.e.: you can transfer most of your damage spells from mage to sorcerer/magic archer, but not any of the heals or defensive buffs. Not all of the dagger skills will transfer over. I cant use that one that grabs and ties foes up on my magic archer.
Ugh, does anyone else have issues when sleeping at an inn or in a Rift Stone? It says "The Dragon's Dogma service is not available. Please try again later." Sucks, not sure why it happens.
ok, really starting to wonder why my Magick Archer hasn't increased in rank in a really long time.
Me and Hodor maxed out our first jobs at the same time (me Strider, him Fighter). Thgen I switched to Magic Archer, him to mage. Now I'm only rank8 M. Archer and he maxed out Mage and is currently rank6 Warrior. Even if online people using Hodor help, I don't see how it could have helped that much and even getting my first max rank took a lot less longer than this.
Have you guys had any luck fighting the Griffin? I know you are supposed to target its wings and use fire. But I never have enough time to actually do that before it decides to run away. Seriously the damn thing only lands for like 10 seconds whenever I see it.
I've tried mounting it and hacking at the wings but that didn't seem to work either. Maybe I'm not in the right spot or something. I dunno. Damn thing is driving me crazy though. I want to kill it!
I've killed about 5 gryphons now. They are just crazy easy for me and then just about never leave the ground. I shoot them down with my arrows, then I attack his back/wings while he's lying on the ground with my perma-flaming daggers and use the skill that causes a pillar of fire to erupt.
Woot self quote. Seems to be fixable by going into settings and switching the game to Offline, and then turning Online back on. Now I no longer have issues in the Rift or in Inns. The odd things was it was say the service was unavailable but I could still recruit pawns and I would also get my gifts and Rift Points. Just more annoying because it would try to connect for 30-60 seconds before failing.
In other news, really struggling to find a good party right now. My pawn is a Warrior and she gets in there and skirmishes, but the last Fighter I had and this Sorc I just picked up just hang out next to me as I shoot arrows and do nothing. I thought maybe it was a range issue so I got close to the fight, but they are still dumb asses. Switching the sorc out for another Warrior and we shall see.
If you shoot its wings with a fireball (I haven't tried blast arrows or regular arrows with fire affinity, but I figure those work too) as it's trying to fly off and it catches fire, it'll immediately start fumbling and fall back down on the ground. Then you can hit it for a good 5~10 more seconds, until it gets up again.
If you have a mage/sorcerer/magic archer, High Comestion does a ton of damage to it while it's flopping on the ground
