After losing a bunch of weight and being all skeletony for awhile, I started working out... However I do a lot of cycling, running and tennis playing, which I realize hinders building mass. But those are my hobbies so what are ya gonna do...?

Well that was that large pizza I put away this weekend... No, but generally I eat pretty healthily. Not a drinker either. I will say that it's such a change going from having to cut all my portions to shed weight to now eating more than I want/feel like I need to gain.

Also, I am 6'3" and 173, not Tyche lite hah
