Checked my e-mail today, they sent me a $serialkey serial key . Seems something already broke before stress test even started.

Got one, looking forward to trying this out. I also got an email with no serial key in it but they sent me a 2nd email less than 5 minutes later.

Meh, still no key, and all of the 'contests' remind me of stupid crap we'd do in grade school, or blatant attention grabbers for whatever site/streamer to hype themselves because they have a key. I suppose it's one way to market to people, but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd rather they just handed out all of the permanent beta keys randomly, and let the stress test keys go to fansites to hype/hand out in much larger quantities, in one larger go.

I set up a group for anything NDA sensitive. Beta patch notes in there so far.

Yeah, the other week a dev posted how many keys they send out and it was pathetically low. Gist was the hype is way bigger than they thought and they are pretty barebones still atm server infrastructure wise, so cant even send out a ton of keys.

Didn't have much interest myself but...! The aurin bunny eared (usually) race has a cat ear option... so I'll be trying it out this weekend.
