Truth. Zip is the best for at-home if you insist on trying it yourself. I used it once. Make sure you fucking rip it off asap as soon as it starts to cool, or you are going to be ROYALLY fucked. I will never self wax EVER again because of this. At least when someone else is ripping your hair out, you kind of don't expect it for a moment and then it stings for a few seconds and it's done. But anticipating the pain DIY........fuck. Pro only.

Pretty sure any product like Nair will tell you explicitly to apply a small amount to an innocuous part of your body before using it to prevent exactly that.

And just when my thread on this subject dies, this one appears. Anyways... Shaving balls takes literally all of 2 second, I recently did it. Waxing them would be unnecessary. Using Nair might have the same, but longer lasting effect than shaving but considering how little time shaving takes, I wouldn't even bother. Pelvic area, that would be worth it but not directly on the balls.
