    Anyone using a G500 mouse?

    So I bought one from Logitech and had an issue with the scroll wheel being too loose. Games would zoom in and out because the wheel was loose. So I called Logitech and they sent me a new one. This one has the same fucking loose wheel, mind you I haven't plugged it in yet but the feeling of it is the same.

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    Welp, I feel fucking dumb.

    Oddly enough, as Shojin said, their support didn't even ask about that either. They just straight up sent me a brand new one in the box and let me keep this one. So I basically have two brand new ones.

    I honestly never noticed any mention of it. I don't think I even saw the button. When I got it I just installed the software to customize the buttons, and immediately started playing LoL. Screen kept zooming in and out when I would move the mouse and got pissed and switched back to my G35. I'm dumb :D
