if they are trying to keep updating as fast as Chrome, it makes sense. But I don't see the point in competing w/ Chrome updates if what they alrdy have is good. I for one don't care for a UI overhaul every few months
/agree, I miss Firefox 3's interface. I still don't like 5's compared to it. Shit, I don't even know if I remember what 4's looked like(could be the same as 5 for all I know...)
I just hope with the newest version they don't rearrange my right-click links again, it took me days to get used to clicking the first link for "Open in a New Tab" instead of the second, if they change it again I'll throw pointy things.
I'm still using 3
Until FFXI Helper is compatible with newer versions, I'm sticking to 3.
Because I'm on a laptop.

Makes me wonder a little, why they don't just skip one of the projects and go with the one that has the better test results.
More like the effort to change my habits, which was what I was complaining about in the first place. I am a habitual person, change my habits, I'm not happy. Either way, I would be forced to adapt, which I don't want. I want it to stay the way I'm used to.
Yes, I am excruciatingly stubborn.
They have a chart labeling Firefox 8 in that link...wtf?
They also hope the increased release schedule will lower the number of people who are afraid to upgrade and use the same (outdated)version for years. They worded it better but I can't find the link at the moment.
You can download Firefox 6 now from their FTP site:
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.or.../releases/6.0/
Looks like i'll be using that until palemoon is updated to 6. Not having to restart my browser once or twice a day will be very much welcomed.
