Keyboard accessibility has improved in the latest version of Firefox. Toolbar and toolbar overflow menu are both fully keyboard accessible: keyboard users can now access add-ons, the downloads panel, the overflow, Page actions and Firefox menus, and much more.
    Nice!

Took me a while to fix things since they garbaged up the searchbar yet again. I sorta got it working now but hopefully the guy fixes it. ^^

FF 79 just borked settings. Disabled Javascript, reset add-ons. >_<

Edit: Running CCleaner will also reset all addon preferences. Just going to have to use Chrome with UBlock, Privacy Badger until there is a fix.

Or if you want to kind of unscrew it (this is more permanent for they will remove Cantih's method pretty soon), use this my friends: CustomCSSForFX, and use this for the search bar and a few other tweaks.

Honestly. And if you wanna see the proof:

Now that I got it behaving I don't think it looks THAT bad. Might need to dig more into it to compact the menus a bit more but you can make it behave.

Also btw, I just like it looking like that. Plain, simple, and yes kh theme but not that obvious of one, but custom css'ing it can do more than that, and can really make it look old.

Gotta love how much easier it is to mute a tab by accident now with the default settings. :/

What I do miss is the "View image" option. It got changed to 'open image in new tab' which isn't the action I needed, and if I did, I could have always just middle-clicked on the old view action.

There is a plugin that does it on the freeware list if you're talking about google results, Kaisha. (Check the useful browser addons tab on the bottom.)

If it's anywhere else, sorries but hopefully that helps.

So okay. The most recent CustomCSSForFX has compacted the menus and the bookmarks so it might be Proton, but it feels a LOT more like what you might be used to.

I think you can see the proof right there. And as I said, this is future proof as far as I can tell. Moz hasn't bothered to get rid of CSS styling. ^^

Okay the latest build of Noscript looks a tad ugly..BUT! the maker of Noscript has heard the complaints and in the next version, will give you the means to revert back to the old skin. Source. I'll wait and be patient to get rid of the ugly but if you want to get rid of it now, he's linked a dev build that will let you.

Sure is! I'm glad to see the old look back again, at least for my PC.

Yep! Oh and if you upgrade and are using Custom CSS For FX, don't forget to update it too. If you use classic tabs in that, it turns them wonky if you don't.

So okay. I had to redo Firefox again b/c of reasons and I thought I'd ask BG here instead of creating a new thread.

What are some good Greasemonkey scripts these days? I got antiadware (well, a updated version) but not sure what else will be good to help things out. ^^

    Bumpity bump.

If you use FF mobile it supports lots of extensions again! I was glad to be able to add Auto Cookie delete.

That's just awesome that they did that; I can't have all my extensions on there yet from my desktop firefox but we're getting there!

Meant to post this a while back. I found it very handy.

    https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/wiki/4.1-Extensions

IMO, NoScript is still useful. Unlock may replace it's functions but it's UI is easier to use on a per-site basis.

Yep, that's why I keep noscript on my system; it's just easier to use!
