    N64athon: 64 Hours of N64 Gaming

Hey everyone, my friends and I are currently doing a 64-hour marathon of various Nintendo 64 games as part of an effort to raise money for charity: water, an organization that provides clean drinking water to developing nations. We're just beginning Hour 4 now, and will be going non-stop through Sunday morning. We appreciate any and all donations that people can provide as we play through all of our favorite old games.

    So far we've played:
    Mario Party
    Mario Kart 64
    Super Smash Bros.

And we're currently playing Starfox 64. Later tonight we'll be playing through Paper Mario. We plan to do some more events later, such as myself and a friend racing through Mario 64 to complete the game first, and playing through both Legend of Zeldas. You can watch us at

    Thanks everyone!

We've been playing Paper Mario all night, still a few hours from completion. My friend has been up all night playing. I'll be taking over around 1:30 EST to play some more games. Tonight/overnight we'll be doing the Ocarina of Time playthrough.

I think the only non-Mario sports games I'm aware that we have are Waverace and NBA Courtside 1997. There were some loud arguments going on over the latter around midnight last night in the background while Paper Mario was going on. I'll check to see if we have anything else when I get there this afternoon.

Been doing an encore performance of the OoT 3-heart run throughout the night, as well as running a Majora's Mask playthrough on another stream. Marathon technically ends in two hours, but the people playing have vowed to continue until they finish their games.

Currently OoT is at the Spirit Temple, and MM is nearly at Great Bay Temple.

We raised $750 for charity. Thank you to everyone who watched and/or donated this weekend!
