It could be a massive troll, but who the fuck gets Garrulous and Unyielding Rings for their mules? Plenty of other weird-ass shit on there, but you get the point. There's plenty of cheap/easy to get haste/acc gear that would at least make sense for a proc mule, that shit just looks gimp as hell.
