Honestly kinda looks more like a case of hitting a WS macro and then hitting another macro that cancelled the swap back to TP gear. Or if he continued wearing this after several additional WS's, I guess the only explanation is a broken switch back to TP gear in his macro, or Gimp/Confused/WTF, lol.
