The other pieces are whatever, the hands/legs have -7% PDT/MDT on their respective slots, the legs have Enhances High Jump II, body has Haste+3 but still has lolparrying and Adds Support Job abilities to Wyvern. Honestly the winner for DRG is Head and Feet and both are easy to get +1's of compared to legs/body(Tavnazia)

Debuffing is macc. Buffing is skill. If what you saw was true, the Demon helm/+1 augments woulda ran laps over any of em ages ago.

Right. That applies to debuffing though, doesn't it? Hasn't it always? I just recently got back to the game after quite the break, but from what I remember, CHR and macc are for debuffing, while skill was for buffing.

No, they don't. Unless this has changed, they are for 2 completely opposite purposes, which is why:
