Does 5a ~ 5aa ~ 5aaa = neutral A ~ 2nd Hit of Neutral A (if pressed twice in a row) ~ 3rd Hit of Neutral A if press 3 times?
i know the numbers = keypad directions but.. the Letters after???
I was reading that the arcade version layout is actually like:
AC
BD
?
That's the default, yes
Also Leroy you owe me, I got wailed on for 45 minutes by our local Vega player to get some video so you can see how to approach the matchup, think I went like 4-12
<3 lol
If some missed the 24hr charity stream link http://www.twitch.tv/finestko
Please please please do this. I won't even request HD combo attempts. Something like Kyo's combo trials 5+6 or Claw Iori's trial 7 (I think... the corner DP loop one) will be comedy cold. Also, just about any Leona trial... or Elizabeth... or Vice. The possibilities are endless, really.
I don't really get expressive, especially when it comes to grinding out execution type shit, so it'll probably more just sad that hilarious, lol.
This is correct, they're follow up hits (kind of similar to doing something like ABC in Marvel). P4A actually has an auto-combo system where you can just mash A to do a "full" combo. Check the very first combo here:
Hitting AAAAA does the 3 hit combo -> special move -> super (if you have 50 meter available). It's low damage if you compare it to legit combos, but it's nice for beginners. Ordinarily that combo would be AAA 214A 236236C.
I linked it the other day but incase anyone missed it Dustloop has a sexy primer up:

Covers just about everything you need to know about the game systems.
Edit: I hope peeps are watching the FinestKO stream, been some funny matches. A Yukiko just got up to flame level 8 and raped half of Mitsuru's health in one super and then pulled off an instant kill next round. Owned pretty hard.
WTF @ all the useless DLC. 4 packs of additional colors for $1.99ea or $5.99 for the full, same goes for the "add glasses" to each character. Then there are "Battle Navigation" unlocks for Teddie, Yosuke, Mitsuru, Aigis, Fuuka, & Nanako for $2.99ea or "skilled" players can unlock them via game play.
So you'd like them to add something you have to buy shit to make you better or the game unnecessarily easy(gems)? I like this just fine.
Personally, I'm not down for paying for costumes, but if you are, cool.
I'm fine with DLC costumes as long as they're fun/interesting, it's an optional thing that has no bearing on gameplay. When a game forces you to buy something to remain competitive, that's when I dislike it.
