on episode 5 now and i really can't say enough about this. Bummed its only 8 episodes.

Was pretty much a teen drama like twilight. Changed from the books quite a bit. Started with book 2, cuz more love story potential. Books are good, tv series.....

That was one of the reasons I stopped watching The 100. I think I've outgrown past the point where anything teen related interests me even in the slightest. Sense8 on the other hand, was pretty interesting. Season 2 should be coming out soon, I think.

how far did you watch the 100? the first season was sooo bad with the teenage drama. seasons 2 and 3 were much better, might want to revisit if you quit before then.

the 100 is good shit, the first season actually surprised me. For a "teen-drama" is gets freaking dark and semi-high-concept.

Does anyone know how they're going to format the show? Is each season its own story like how they're doing american horror story? or is s2 going to be a direct continuation of this story?

yea pretty accurate i think, definitely reminded me of the goonies. its funny that they mentioned stephen king because it really reminded me of "it" without the clown of course.

everything was quite a bit darker though once you finally got into what was really going on.

i do have to say for a cast mostly comprised of kids the acting was pretty well done.

Stranger Things gets a big thumbs up here too. Acting is pretty good for kids. The kid with the lisp is... you hate him, but you love him.

I agree about the 100. I give shows a 3-4 grace period and If I am not interested by the 4th episode then I quit watching. I couldn't get past episode 3 of the 100 cause the teen drama was too flat and typical for my tastes.

I will definitely check out stranger things. Also has anyone watched Zoo? Season 1 is on Netflix.

Also cosigning on Stranger Things. On episode 6. Would've watched the entire season if I was off work. Likable characters (especially the kids), interesting story, great music. Can't go wrong.
