Yeah. Obviously if they had the run go through on the second one, they'd be like "WHAT A GREAT PLAY" so it does suck dick. I just.. don't think I could trust a rookie on a 4th down in a game deciding play, you know? That first 4th down was just doomed from the start, though. IF ONLY THEY HAD REGGIE BUSH AMIRITE?

If the linebackers had sold out on the play action like NO was expecting, it would've been an easy TD - they just stayed disciplined there, and sold out on the HB dive the 2nd time. It was just good defense/coaching.

Ryan lost to the Steelers last year, on the road, with their backup QB in, and then they got destroyed by the Iggles. The other road games, outside of the Saints.. were the Browns, Bucs, Rams, Panthers, and Seahawks. I like Matt Ryan, I really do.. but the Falcons schedule last year was pretty fucking easy..and he struggled against two of the three good teams he faced on the road.

Statistically yes, but if you consider how terrible the Cards defense is, it loses a lot of shine.

Chicago at New Orleans - I think we may have looked over that Bears defense. They haven't really dipped at all from their peak last year. They had the offense to throttle a damn good receiving crew and very good QB. Now they'll face a good receiving crew and great QB. I think Brees' experience and ability to adjust plays by coverage will give him more of an advantage than Ryan had. Saints win, but not by much.
