I too thought that was a little awkward and unnecessary. The writers went full on sexual this season, which is fine since you get to watch Gaga get rammed every episode, but it seems a little excessive and distracting.

It's about vampires, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's not unreasonable.

I'm more impressed with these first 2 episodes than the entirety of the previous seasons (semi-minus last season since I dropped it after the first episode).

The only downside is Gaga. I don't mind her character, but I've never found her appealing. Not music, looks, or "uniqueness". But every time she's on screen I picture myself in the writers room as they're pitching the character to Gaga and expressing to her how amazing they're going to portray her and how powerful and important her character will be...basically giving her all of that just because of who she is when another actress could have done a better job with the role.

...but I get over that quickly because this season is pretty awesome so far.

She's pretty good in the role so far. The first two episodes were better than most of Freak Show, imo.

Imo the weakest in the show is the detective, he just fails in portraying some great profiler.

I been watching, but the "reality tv" thing just kind of kills any suspense. I was hoping that would be a gimmick for only a few shows, maybe it is. But knowing the key people are still alive well just makes it kind of boring to me. I haven't seen this week though.
