edit: Leafs called up arguably their best prospect Joe Colborne. I'd say Kadri still has the higher ceiling, but Joe has been killing it in the AHL, so they're going to give him a shot up the middle tonight. Probably playing with Crabb and Brown on his wings. Joe and Crabb had some great chemistry in the AHL together so hopefully they can get something going.

I keep an open ear on home grown talent time to time. Fehrs been one of them. I've always thought, ignoring his health, he was going to break out and have a 50+ point season.

We'll have to see how he does though before I make judgement. Just happy we got him for pretty cheap

Yeah he was a roster and salary cap casualty, plain and simple. After Ward and Brouwer signed, a winger had to go, but he's been productive when on the ice. I was hoping Chimera would be the odd man out since his hands are heavier than Roy Williams, but BB loves his speed.
