Got these last night, I grinded for around 5 hours or so, duo for a little while but mostly solo. Did 5 behests within that period as well. Spiritbond grows pretty slowly but it isn't unbearable.

Details:
---Loresman's Wit III +6 +6 from Dated Tarred Leather Trousers +2
---Bloodthirst IV HP+65 from Vintage Haubergeon
---Strength Materia III +12 from Dated Garnet Ring (I did 3 total, 2 were +11 one was +12)
---Savage Might II Crit Attack +30 from Dated Spiked Leather Armguards
---Dexterity III +15 Materia from Dated Iron Assault Sallet
---Piety IV +17 Materia from Dated Cavalry Sollerets

I'm more curious what kind of increases those kinds of additions would make now that they redid stats for the nth time

I'm kind of confused because items like Lone Knight Mitts are complete shit now compared to any R45+ gloves with the Str Materia in it for example. I had expected them to at least try to make Dungeon gear close to as good as single materia slotted items. All the dungeon gear is complete shit compared to items with Materia like this in them. They just left the stats as is for the most part on Dungeon gear even though they raised our stats significantly.

Yeah, pretty odd but oh well. Only thing that really strikes me as odd is how Steel is a mid ranked set whereas Iron is a high ranked set. Hoping this changes next patch.

I'll try to get some materia results later today if I get some free time. I got a few pieces of gear I want to get rid of, mostly Templar crap.

Sorry Corr but Templar gear has been bricked. It can't be converted into materia or infused with it. The shit is completely trash now, along with the harlequin and buccaneer. :/

They are considering letting us convert it, but they said it won't be special materia or anything. As far as slotting R/ex gear I think they said that isn't in the plans but I could be mistaken. Cmon guys more materia pics!

No, he definitely said R/EX cannot be socketed... I think it was up in the air as to whether or not it will be able to be converted.

What is the point of not being able to socket R/EX gear? The stats on R/EX gear are equivalent to non-R/EX gear or just slightly better (before materia). All this rule does is make all R/EX gear inferior to normal gear.

Entire LS works a very long time to get UberGearX from a raid/HNM/whatever. Fool of a player loses it trying to socket a second piece of materia. Many hard feelings and hurt ensues. Fool of a player wants another one while others are still waiting their turn.

Seriously all that NM gear is going to retainer for gear that can be made to Materia.

And all DH gear is obsolete now compared to new recipes fused with Materia.

Yeah. I'm just working on turning all my Dated gear into materia then socketing onto new crafted stuff.

I just did 4 company battle leves, so ~60 minutes of combat at L50 killing anything between L40-49 mobs as I was trying out different things. Even equipped with the Patriot Choker my spiritbind values barely budged at all. There is a tiny sliver 2-3 pixels wide on my items.

I'm not sure how this is supposed to work but I'm guessing my method wasn't the best.
