It's easier to add PS3 functionality to an XBOX stick than the other way around. What is your current stick, TE?

If it's a TE you can use any of Toodles' chips more or less, but if you don't already understand wiring and know how to solder I'd get summertime to do it for you, I attempted an extremely straightforward solderless change on mine and it still blew up.

From a brief look it appears this particular stick doesn't have common ground so you can't use the built in pcb...

You're looking for a JLF-TP-8YT stick, and OBSF30 buttons. Gate/wiring harness are preference/optional.

HRAP is a bit more trouble but definitely doable, check the SRK tech forum stickies, there's a thread to find modders in your area.

the -SK is the exact same thing that includes a shaft cover and dust cover

Before I got my qanba, I used a PS360 chip to do the dual mod. Dead easy, with no soldering required. The problem is they have a new chip now (PS360+), and it's taking them forever to ship them out:

That's exactly how you play, but if it's effective then whatever. We've noted tons of times that that's your most successful playstyle and your losses usually come when you stay from it. Don't change from a winning strategy to appease people's saltiness.
