I guess I don't really understand the appeal of this. I've tried reading it a few times, but it seems so impenetrable that it hardly seems worth the effort. On the other hand, people who manage to get into it seem to think it's the god-damned shit, so who knows.

Act 1 is sluggish and dry. I didn't like it until I got to the end of Act 2. Like seriously, it was completely bleh and at that point I started to like it a bit. It's like a venus fly trap, the further in you get the less you can escape.

I would like to note, that after about six years of faithful uninterrupted internet service, after two days of Homestuck, I experienced my first outage.
