Carolina at Indianapolis (+3.5) - zzzzzzz colts win and cover. Cam goes big and goes home.


Tampa Bay at Tennessee (-3) - Tampa has one of those games that makes you go "oh maybe they are good." They aren't.


Houston at Jacksonville (+3.5) - Mark Sanchez is spanish for Matt Leinart. Jags are so bad they manage to lose to Leinart. Texans win and cover.

Buffalo at NY Jets (-8 ) - Jets win easily. I miss Fred Jackson already.


Cleveland at Cincinnati (-7.5) - Game of the week, as heehaw throws for 400 yards and 3 TD all to ogaboogoo on screen passes. Dalton Dalton's and the bengals win 52-45.

Washington at Seattle (-3.5) - Gaffney having a great year under the radar. Tom Brady taught him well. Seattle won the last 2 weeks, so I'm picking against them here. Sexy Rexy throws 2 bombs to anthony armstrong.


Chicago at Oakland (-4) - Hanie surprises everyone and has a pretty good game. Raiders commit 32 penalties in the first quarter after Hue complains about the officiating.


New England at Philadelphia (+3) - Patriots vs. VY. 'nuff said. Pats win by 6 Gronkowskis.


Denver at San Diego (-6) - Elway hexes Tebow pregame in a battle of good vs. evil. Evil wins as Phil Rivers kills the defense. Chargers win, broncos cover.


Pittsburgh at Kansas City (+11) - The 08 Lions could beat the Chiefs right now. Orton is not ready to play, though he does score his team a touchdown sitting on the sidelines. Unfortunately, it turns out to be their only score. Steelers win and cover.

NY Giants at New Orleans (-7) - Saints win, Giants cover. Fuck you Mark Ingram.

With Hillis remaining on the shelf, it now comes down to Montario Hardesty or Chris Ogbonnaya. Hardesty has also been sidelined since suffering a calf injury on Oct. 30, but participated in team drills in practice Wednesday for the first time since the injury, according to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal.

If Hardesty holds up following this week's practice sessions, he's going to be the starting RB on Sunday, according to Browns head coach Pat Shurmur, but Ogbonnaya will retain a role as well.

Adrian Peterson has been called the "most questionable" out of all the players to have missed practice on Wednesday, owing to the fact that he suffered a high ankle sprain in Week 11, and is currently meandering about while wearing a walking boot.

In spite of the long odds for his return just a week after sustaining the injury, Peterson has indicated that he expects to play on Sunday, according to Sid Hartman of the Star Tribune.

Though Peterson has a high opinion of his prognosis, it'll be the coaching staff -- with guidance from the medical personnel -- that make the decision on Peterson's availability. If the Vikings were in the thick of the playoff hunt, head coach Leslie Frazier might be confronted with a difficult moral question: Risk a more serious injury for Peterson in order to have a better chance to win?

As it stands -- with the Vikes at 2-8, and looking up at everyone but the Indianapolis Colts -- it seems more likely that it'll be Toby Gerhart handling the majority of the rushing duties this Sunday.
