"The highlight: 'Enhances movement speed' seems to have been increased to +18%"Code:一番の目玉である移動速度アップの効果は+18%に強化されている模様
My Japanese is rusty so if anyone else wants to translate, but this looks good so far!
So been playing around with trying to lvl to 30 with the waypoint quest and discovered you can't get more 1 lvl at a time. It will actuallly reduce xp gained to whatever would put you 1tnl to next lvl lol. Also sidenote the toughest one can put you in qsc right next to the cactuar nm and a bunch of antica. Litterally die before your character loads. But still get a cookie for a fail

Seems like Skadi's Cuirie +1 is 0.07.
I got some data from 6 fights with Morta, and I was wondering if anyone would be able to calculate her level, based on level correction penalty.
There were no displacers used, and I'm pretty sure I had capped cRatio and fSTR for most of the fights (~2000 attack + Dia II and Ageha on mob, and 218 STR for melee). I was using a 117 base damage two handed weapon, and made sure not to have any special modifiers. The highest normal hit I saw was for 256 damage, so I thought you might be able to calculate her level from that.
I'm getting level 116 assuming capped fSTR?
117+21=138 (requires 84 more STR than Morta, which requires Morta has <=134 VIT)
256/138/1.05 = 1.777
1.777/1.25 = 1.41
CEILING( (2.25-1.41)/.05, 1) + 99 = 116
I wish you had parsed it, though.

Spoiler: show
Did some Haste testing. I'm not sure if I've posted it before:
Ocelomeh Headpiece +1 : 71/1024

Athos's Boots : 30/1024
Arbuda Grip : 10/1024
Hasty Pinion : 10/1024

Thaumas Legs is different in the DNC spreadsheet from what I observed. The other values are the same or not there.
Skadi's Visor +1 (7%)
Banishga II (Victory March+2):
70: 25 seconds
71: 24 seconds
Reraise (Haste)
71: 47 Seconds
72: 46 Seconds
So Skadi's Visor +1 is 71/1024
Thanks to Byrth for pointing me in the right direction! (Read: telling me what I needed to do.)
In the past I posted a few graphs like this:
(Celaeno)
of celestial avatar melee damage against various Voidwatch NMs. I've since determined level 99 Celestial avatars have 47 base damage and 108 STR and that they follow normal fSTR. I'll probably make a thread about pet testing soon and list some stuff like that. Anyway, the problem with analyzing the above (and all the other ones) is that I don't know exactly what Atmacites I was using. I think it's a pretty safe bet that I was still just using my melee Atmacites (at the time, +18 STR I think).
Then base damage of 59 in the above parse indicates that my pet has a fSTR of 12, which would be 44~47 more STR than Celaeno's VIT. Thus, Celaeno likely has 79~82 VIT. I'd have to repeat it with known Atmacites to be absolutely sure, but the point is that VWNMs likely have pretty normal monster stats. Kaggen has ~100 VIT. Of the plots I made, the only monster where I might have been running negative fSTR was against Morta and it looks like I did those fights with two different sets of Atmacites.

Marduk's Tiara+1, Marduk's Jubbah+1, Marduk's Crackows+1 and Loquacious Earring : 1:49
5% Fast Cast with 3 pieces.
This was probably obvious, but I dunno if there was 100% confirmation of it.
Confirming that NMs in Dreamlands can proc white. Procced white on Stihi earlier (got shell >.>). Have a screenshot of the pool of someone wants to see it, but I doubt it's a big deal.
So it appears that atma of the ducal gaurd is misbehaving with at the very least avatars. Haven't gotten around to testing it with anything else. But at 100% hp with just that and refersh atmas and no pet pdt gear avatars were only taking 125 dmg from 1000 needles. So looks like natural pdt and ducal gaurd added then capped. Without Ducal gaurd on took 468 which means it applied 50% pdt first then the 7% for stout servant like it's supposed to since the change awhile back. Haven't tested other atmas or pet pdt gear I don't have yet but yeah odd
I tried to parse the Double Attack rate of Ifrit's Favor with 512 Summoning Skill and Caller's Horn +2 (the highest "level" reachable) on Zvahl Fortalices. Ram Staff as weapon, no DA equip/trait.
it's a small sample but as I thought despite the terrible mechanic of Avatar's Favor the bonus given seems very high once the potency is maximized.PHP Code:
Melee Data
Player # Melee Attacks # Melee Rounds Attacks/Round # Extra Attacks
Papesse 1120 912 1 208
Ifrit 916 916 1 0
Player # +1 Rounds # +2 Rounds # +3 Rounds # +4 Rounds # >+4 Rounds
Papesse 208 0 0 0 0
Ifrit 0 0 0 0 0
Player # MultiAttack Rounds MultiAttack % Kills w/Min Attacks Kills w/<Min Attacks
Papesse 208 22,81 % 0 0
Ifrit 0 0,00 % 34 0
Treat As:
Multi-attacks per attack (2x/3x):
Player # Double Attacks DA Rate Perc. DA # Triple Attacks TA Rate Perc. TA
Papesse 208 22,81 % 100,00 % 0 0,00 % 0,00 %
Not sure if there've been proper tests for this yet but whatever. Got a Heimdall's Doom today and decided to look at its proc rate while gathering data for something else. Over 2011 hits on Lesser Colibri it proc'd 40 times, so looking at about a 2% proc rate atm. How much I expand the sample size will depend on how much I care about my primary data, so right now it's looking like 2% proc on EPs.
May as well kill the recent rumor/link:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/fjx49zv3m...0via%20potions
Even duration wasn't reduced.
42 without/51 with potion (Petri Status)
56 without/88 with potion
Didn't add duration tests, but I can if anyone really wants them.
Twashtar/Pugiunculus on THF/NIN with varying degrees of DW:
Raider's Boomerang + Base Trait + Thura hat = 4.4 TP/hit (108~<120 delay, maximum DW% from the hat of 5.7%)
Suppanomimi + Base Trait + Thura hat = 4.3 TP/hit (96~<108 delay, minimum DW% from the hat of 3.7%)
So the hat is probably 5% Dual Wield.
