Can't say for all of them but excal additional effect has been the same up to lvl 95. Well percentage of hp anyways. No idea about proc rate
Radec tested Nares cap: 180s => 171s. So, roughly 10% Fast Cast. Fuck. Yes.
Phorcys Korazin's 5% Attack Bonus
Bolded stuff are the conclusions for those who don't care about the numbers.
Testing Cap
Pushed my base attack to 1043 with SV'ed Minuets. The body itself has +16 str, which comes out to 12 attack on a two hander, so should be calculating off 1055.
With Korazin: Attack is at 1105.
- If not capped at 50: 1055 x 1.05 = 1107.75, doesn't check.
- If capped at 50: 1055 + 50 = 1105, checks out.
=> Caps at 50.
Miscellaneous Numbers that don't necessarily prove anything that I collected trying to determine how it's fully calculated
With Berserk from previous setup: Attack is 1368.
- 1055 x 1.25 = 1318.75 + 50 = 1368
With Berserk and Stalwart's Tonic: Attack is 1632.
- 1055 x 1.5 = 1582.5 + 50 = 1632.5
With Berserk and Stawart's Tonic and RCB; Attack is 1791.
- RCB's +7 str will either give +5 or +6 attack depending on total str. Mine ended up at +6.
- 1061 x 1.5 = 1591.5 + 200 = 1791.5
Testing to see what Phorcys Korazin's attack boost calculates from
850 Attack after Minuets. +12 from the +16 str off the body itself: 862 total attack.
Added Body, Attack : 905
- 862 * 1.05 = 905.1, checks
With Body and Berserk, Attack : 1120
- 862 * 1.25 = 1077.5 => 1077 + 50 = 1127, does not check out.
- 905 * 1.25 = 1131, does not check out.
- 862 * 1.25 = 1077.5 => 1077 + (862 * 0.05) = 1120.1, checks out.
=> Appears Body calculates +value before Berserk, but added afterwards.
With Body and Berserk and RCB, Attack : 1276
- 867 * 1.25 = 1083.75 => 1083 + (867 * 0.05) = 1126 + 150 = 1276, checks out
With Body and RCB, sans Berserk, Attack : 1060
- 867 *1.05 = 910.35 + 150 = 1060, checks out
- 867 + 150 = 1017 + 50 = 1067, does not check out
=> Body does not draw from food's attack outside of any str value.

Can be algebraically written as:
Total Attack = [ ( Static Attack ) * ( Percentage Buffs ) + ( Static Attack * 0.05 from Phorcys Korazin subject to cap ) ] * ( Food subject to cap )
Whereas:
Static Attack = [ 8 + Combat Skill + ( STR * H ) + Minuets ]
H = 0.75 if two hander, 0.5 if one hander
Percentage Buffs = Berserk, Last Resort, Stalwarts, etc. These are additive. e.g.: If Berserk + Stalwart Tonic is 1 + (0.25 + 0.25) = 1.5, or If Augmented LR + Stalwart Gambir is 1 + (0.25 + 0.5) = 1.75
(side note that's irrelevant to this, but I believe Chaos Roll is not additive to regular Percentage Buffs, but a totally seperate multiplication. For some reason I can't find my notes on this stuff, so meh)
Are you sure it's not applied before food? To my knowledge food is applied after everything else, so it would more likely be included additively in the "percentage buffs" term.
Excuse me, it is applied before food, which was actually written in my conclusions. I simply switched the terms in the algebraic equation. I'll just fix that in a sec
Also, it could just be 862*1.3 = 1020.6 for your Berserk + Korazin test. Normally percentage attack buffs add together.
You mistyped 1120 as 1020. Anyway, unlikely, the setup directly below it:
867 * 1.3 = 1127.1 + 150 = 1277 /= 1276With Body and Berserk and RCB, Attack : 1276
- 867 * 1.25 = 1083.75 => 1083 + (867 * 0.05) = 1126 + 150 = 1276, checks out

Unrelated, here's something that I never understood. Everything always lists RCB as:
HP +25
Strength +7
Agility +1
Intelligence -2
Attack +24.7% (Cap: 150@652 Base Attack)
Am I missing something very basic here?
#1 : 150 / .247 = 607.28blahblahblah. Why is it listed like that?
#2 : BGwiki lists the ratt as capping at 75, where as wikia lists it as the same as att. Where did that come from?
#3 : Red Curry (not bun) is listed as +23% attack, also capping at 150@652 attack. If they have different percentage increases, who found this out and where? And if they actually are different it makes zero sense they'd need the same amount of attack to cap.
#4 : I'm calling bullshit on the +24.7% value anyway.
Some notes I had from earlier, my attack was 589. It'd be 595 after the +7 str from rcb, given where my str value ended up
After eating the RCB, I'm at 737 attack.
595 * 1.247 = 741.965 /= 737
Trying again before I log out just to be sure, manipulating my str to 105 before RCB (so 112 after). 404 skill, no attack gear. Two hander. sam/thf, no attack traits.
404 + 112*.75 + 8 = 496
496 * 1.247 = 618.512
My actual attack is 610.
So either it's late enough I'm really fucking up with math, I'm getting counterfeit curry buns, or that info has long been wrong and people just keep copy/pasting it.
[EDIT] Hmmm. 610 / 496 doesn't even give the same value as 737 / 595. So far different no amount of regular rounding can make sense. Something funky is going on here.
Are both of those done solo? Don't curry buns have some sort of bonus related to X amount of party members?
EDIT:
595 * 1.24 = 737
496 * 1.23 = 610
Could be that having X amount of people in party increases bonus by 1%? And maybe the extra 0.7% came from the original tester making an error, maybe something along the lines of not factoring in STR.
Or the bonus scales depending on number of people in the party to a max of 1.7%.
God knows, just throwing out possibilities.
I actually didn't think to check if I was in a pt or not. Maybe that could account for the difference, although I was always under the impression that was a property of YCB not necessarily RCB. And even then, I was under the impression it affected the cap, not the percentage increase, which shouldn't really matter since I wasn't there.
Either way, regardless of what I may have fubar'ed there is something wrong with the RCB info.
In the interests of science!
Solo
DRK/WAR
433 Greatsword Skill
373 Dagger Skill
109 STR
No Food
Naked Attack with GSD: 594
AF3+2 Head used to replicate RCB's +7 STR
AF3+2 Head = 600
AF3+2 Head, AF3+2 Body, Bomb Core = 650 Attack
AF3+2 Head, AF3+2 Body, Bomb Core, Atheling = 670 Attack
Naked with Dagger : 507 Attack
Naked Dagger + AF3+2 Head: 511 Attack
AF3 +2 Head, AF3+2 Body, Bomb Core - 561 Attack
Red Curry Bun
Naked Attack = 738 (600 * 1.23 = 738 )
AF3+2 Body, Bomb Core = 799 (650 * 1.23 = 799.5)
AF3+2 Body, Bomb Core, Atheling = 820 Attack (651 * 1.23 + 19 = 820.73)
(AF3+2 Head - 744)
Naked with Dagger = 628 Attack (511 * 1.23 = 628 )
AF3+2 Body, Bomb Core = 690 Attack (561 * 1.23 = 690)
(Naked Dagger + AF3+2 Head: 632 Attack)
Conclusion. RCB's give +23% Attack when solo. The bonus caps at 651 Attack.
Swith Cape is 2% Fast Cast.
Swith Cape: 1:58 recast on weakened RR
Swith Cape + Loquacious Earring: 1:57 recast on weakened RR
Loq is 2% fast Cast, so the cape could still be 3% Fast Cast.
Had someone who could wear Swith Cape +1 test it for me after T0ing my rank up item, and it's 4% fast cast, so I'd imagine Swith is 3%. Promptly purchased the Tailor's Ring afterwards.
New testing on Savant Gown's Addendum Enhancement effect is suggesting a percent chance to deaggro: http://www.ffxiah.com/forum/topic/17...dum/5/#1819666
o.O that's interesting Yugl: a friend who upgraded his gown+2 1 month ago tested in front of me since i werenot believing her: indeed mob seem to deaggro very easy, she were suggesting a 50% enhancement to emnity decay rate or something like that... but to my eyes the mob were really litterally deaggroing XD
Hm, I don't know what to say about that...
Just yesterday, I did the entire 150 beasts with light damage trial for the cure magian staff. On Xarcabard[S] gigas pet tigers, I pulled with fire IV, leavig them with enough HP to kill with luminohelix. Fire IV is and addendum spell, and never, in all the 150 kills, a tiger deaggroed after casting Fire IV.
I switch to idle gear after casting, which does not include the AF3+2 body, but the switch isn't immediate, as I don't use spellcast, so I didn't adjust the wait times in the macro that tightly. The Helix was immediate after the Fire IV, too, but if there was a sudden deaggro, as reported, I would have seen it between the aftercast delay and the helix casting time.
Also, I nuked some trolls in Mount Z. the other day to farm some plumbagos, and didn't see any deaggro either.
Could see if there's anything funky going on with enmity by using Libra. Grab another SCH or two, one using AF3+2 body and the rest not, and take turns nuking, and use Libra between each nuke (yeah, takes a bit of waiting depending on how many SCHs you have). I noticed someone trying a test on that ffxiah thread, but it was meant to pick up tiny changes in enmity. If this is powerful enough to deaggro mobs, then it'll be big enough to notice in Libra after casting big nukes without having to control every tiny detail.
It's also possible that the enmity lost is on a sliding scale with how big of a nuke you did (or cure), with tier V nukes showing more results than tier IV nukes, and bugged such that it tried to drop more enmity than you even had at the time.
I think the Savant Gown+1/2 effect and the Goetia Hands/Lancer's Cuissots effects all share similar effects. I have like 15-20 points of anecdotal where I would do something like a 3-4k WS right off the bat on a an Abyssea NM at 100% HP after I popped it, then do a 1.5k Soul Jump then the THF would engage and do a meh evisceration for 1.5-2k and the mob would have stopped attacking me as soon as the THF engaged. Or other times where I'm engaging a mob solo and after doing a powerful WS and soul jumping, my wyvern would take hate.
