I have no problem in Salvage v2 (at all, R~= 1000) and get big lag spikes in Legion, but I'm under the impression that I'm actually one of the luckier ones in my group. I don't know what this problem is, but I hope they realize it exists and sort it out before Adoulin.
A couple more thing that might not be obvious:
- Our sch use choke.
- During rotation, they skip ballad as much as possible, if you expect melee to bring panacea and stuff, you should expect
mage to bring vile elixir and+1, if your mage aren't used/good to mp conservation, make melee bazaar some elixir.
- Our schs have focalisation(or w/e it's called) merit, they elemental seal 1st stun/ focalisation stun on Mantis( and gallu when it's up) cause those 2 mob are the only real run killer if 1 bad tp move land.
-We try to - A and mantis/ IC to avoid their "run killer" tp move to land on all melee.

We haven't been using Choke. Mantis dies fast enough that he doesn't build resistance enough to warrant Focalization. I have a slightly different MAcc set I use on him. Gallu can build resistance if he MSs and takes a few guys out (slow kill).
If you aren't already doing it, you can have your SCHs bring Twilight Cloak and ES Impact the harder monsters for -20% stat.
I never had enough time to impact stuff even in a 3 person order with alacrity not to mention that's taxing on already riding strat timer at points
Ccl is forgetting the most important part though, prelegion fireworks
I notice Huuuge amounts of lag in Odin v2. Especially when it's Valkyrie killing time. It's definitely not a connection thing
You just drop down to 2 Stunners that use Alacrity while the third guy uses Impact. When you have three stunners, there is no need to ride Alacrity for most monsters. Even against Botulus, we pretty much stun him every 3 seconds and don't need to use Alacrity. He TPs really regularly.
not to mention your DDs should be ready and prepared with some sort of bash, at least within my group we bring SAM SAM DRK DRK WAR usually, so that will extend your window for impact.
What kind of buffs are required for the amano/yoichi setup to be on top? Contemplating making them for some amusement.

Why did it took us about half a year longer than JP to start using bow sam in legion , if they remove level correction and play with attack/defense, it might totally destroy it .
Well, I guess it's finally time to justify a yoichi for more than just town gear.
honestly, for it to work in the first place you need everyone doing their part support-wise (dia 2, etc), and, the reason i'm doing so well in that parse is because i can avoid amnesia +90% of the time, whereas the drk's and whatnot are busy eating it for me as i wail on it from behind; if every single melee was going amanomurakumo/yoichinoyumi samurai to mul, it'd defeat the purpose to some degree ;z lol
mind you that for the first run i was still managing to get hit with amnesia a bulk of the time for some reason, but i played much better imo in our second run, and i just kept the parser running for both combined since i've always preferred overall consistency over tryharding for half an hour just to look good on a parse
Before everyone downs their Ragnas and jumps on the Yoichi train, that parse only shows what Yoichi can do not that it's the outright best weapon which I'm sure Iron will back up/already has. Just as an example, me on Rag DRK and Hotsoups on RNG was a 57/43 split on Saturday compared to the 54/46 split in the above so close enough to say they're about even / down to run variance.
Yoichi is an alternative top tier weapon for Mul not an army of Yoichi SAM = insta-win kind of thing. You're best with a mix of the two like Iron said.
As a yoichi owner with fond memories of the level 75 days of soboro/namas spam in einherjar, this legion setup has me intrigued. Do you happen to have an OAT2-4 GKT to hand for some testing? It would be interesting to see how that and pizza+1 (make up for -40 acc) would compare to Amano & rcb.
