someone want to explain to me how Noh-Var is on Earth fighting against the Avengers in Avengers and in space fighting against the Secret Avengers? I'm fairly lenient about continuity, but wtf.

Yeah I was noticing that seemed a bit off too. I was guessing that Secret Avengers is taking place before the events in the other issue.
AvX just seems poorly mapped out by Marvel.
He kicked Johnny out in the first issue of that. Fantastic Four is likely going back to the core cast, but Spidey will probably still show up in FF.
And the AvX flubs with story order is in line with Marvel during alot of big events. Best example was Steve Rogers showing up all over the place in Siege lead ins before Captain America Reborn was finished.
But to answer the question, intro page in Secret Avengers this week says it happens before Avengers 26-27.
must have missed that, thanks
Have you guys checked out the Marvel Infinite Comics? Any thoughts?
I read the first one with the Nova corps member. I thought the technology was interesting, especially how it laid out panels one at a time. One time it did the far left third, then the far right third, and then the middle last to create a different experience. One thing I felt was lacking was more interactivity. For example, if I didn't know what the Nova Corps was or the Phoenix Force, I wish there was a thing I could click on that would explain the history of those. Maybe in the future?
Anybody read the new Batman Inc. yet? Grant Morrison is solid, but what really piques my interest is this:

Please context. I have seen that image a few times and just am like "wtf"
Morrison is my favorite writer and it's so great to see him back with Batman Inc. I believe the title totally expanded and enhanced the idea of Batman.
The context of the image is Batman and Damien fighting Leviathan agents in a slaughterhouse and Damien saves the calf from being killed. I hope Bat-Cow becomes a part of the bat family lol.
When I got to that page I had to stop and it read 2-3 times, but it still just kind of boggles the mind.
haha i literally tweeted that image when i read it. so fucking funny. i love it all, especially chris burnhams art.
Having trouble finding a cbz/cbr for the Guild one-shot for Fawkes that came out this week. Can anyone help?
Last page of FF had me laughing
Legacy = Avengers are dumb
Wolverine and the X-Men = FUCK YA GLADIATOR!
The finale to Irredeemable was okay, but just okay. I enjoyed the series but I felt like it kind of went out with a whimper with one really cool, clever, happening. The ending tease was okay. I haven't gotten Incorruptible or Jennifer Blood yet.
I really haven't read any yet, though I've wanted to for some time. Incorruptible is ending soon as well, right?
Yeah, the book came out today, but I haven't found a d/l of it yet. I was going to start collecting the books, but I found out that I caught up just in time for it to end. Go figure. Both are interesting series with a great deal of merit. They play with and deconstruct a lot of superhero tropes. They're somewhat intertwined, but mostly run parallel to each other.
For those who don't know, Irredeemable is the story of a Superman expy who doesn't have the emotional capacity to be downright Godlike. One day he snaps... Incorruptible is the story of a hardcore super villain who, upon witnessing the aforementioned snapping, decides to clean up and become a superhero and begin to repay his debt to society.
FF was so great. I want to adopt a moloid now. Hickman's writing of Franklin's power level is astounding.
