Death of X finished this week. I fail to see how his actions in this story turned Cyclops into a Hitler like villain to most of the x-men like has been written since secret wars ended.

Yeah I just sat down to read it after work today and the entire thing is just horrendously done. Saving a minority group and innocents world wide from a roaming death cloud makes him a reviled mass murderer who is literally Hitler, hated by the entire world and all his friends. Plus stuff like Illyana calling Sunfire a traitor, when they were on the same side for the entire story. Marvel did a damn good job with this of reminding me why I've stopped reading most of their stuff since Secret Wars finished

Death of X was a mess. Dusting off Alchemy to kill him off was ok I suppose but opening with Madrox dying? Bad form. I like to think the terrigan cloud was turned into cherry Koolaid.

Tony is still unknown as the last issue of CW2 hasn't come out yet. Bruce was killed by Hawkeye with an arrow designed by Bruce to put down the Hulk through the eye. Bruce was no longer the Hulk at this point as Amadeus Cho absorbed the gamma radiation out of him and into himself to become the new Hulk, but the new Inhuman had a vision of Bruce killing a lot of the heroes so they decided to go confront him because that makes total sense for them to do that. Argument outside, Hawkeye hiding in the trees says he saw a flash of green in Bruce's eyes signaling the transformation and he shot him.

War Machine was also killed by Thanos, but that was right at the start of the series and more or less kicked off the whole thing. Also I believe Bushwacker died in one of the tie ins

1 Issue in, but no deaths

Basically the X-men need to destroy the other Terrigan cloud. It is dispersing and will kill all mutant in a few weeks. So Emma, Magneto, and Storm come up with this plan to incapacitate all the Inhumans until they can destroy the cloud. Young Jean Grey traps Karnak in a mind loop, Magneto takes out Crystal and Gorgon, Emma and Dazzler reflect Blackbolts powers back at him and take him out. Looks like Storm is leading a bunch of mutants to take out Medusa and Johnny Storm.

It's not awful and Leinil Yu art is always a plus. It is a weird thing where mutants don't want to die out so they want to stop the coud, but that would essentially end all Inhumans. So there is no right and wrong to it, I guess. I mean Blackbolt is in the wrong because he started this whole mess, but why hold some accountable?

Don't forget that Steve Rogers set up Bruce as a diversion from his secret HYDRA stuff. Then Bruce got killed.

Tony isn't dead after all but is in a coma by the end and Beasts examining him revealed Tony has been experimenting on himself for years for some unknown purpose.
