How is everyone liking Secret Avengers? First issue got me interested but the 2nd issue looks like it's taking on a great run. I am loving the cabinet of super villains for AIM Island.

Can't go wrong with Taskmaster.
His style definitely only fits certain books. I thought ASM was a great fit but dunno if the darker tone will match up. I met Ramos at Dragon-Con last year and he is super nice. The work he is doing with Paul Jenkins right now on FairyQuest is really cool and fits his style perfectly.
Ramos was a great fit for Spider Island.
4-Day NYCC tickets went on sale the other day btw. the VIP and special passes are gone already.
I think I'm just gonna do the 3-day.
MAA: Punisher is crazy fun. With his constant class changes, so much stuff you can do.
I was debating the 4 day since my friend went last year on Thursday and said there were some more professional kind of panels. Might be worthwhile since we're both in publishing, but mostly I would buy it since I'm paranoid about 3-day passes selling out even quicker this year.
a new comic from Brian K Vaughan(Saga, Runaways, etc) and Marcos Martin(Spider-Man, Daredevil) is being teased

Spoiler: show
I must have it...
IS THAT THE ROCKETEER?
compartir is spanish for rocketeer
Anything by Brian K Vaughn is instabuy. Even if it was drawn by Rob Liefeld.
Then again I'd prefer stick figures to Liefeld, at least there's a reason their faces would all look the same!
What if Greg Land drew it? What then?
Traced porn faces! AIIEEEEEE
Traced porn faces vs butt cleft faces liefeld style
and never forget:
Liefeld doesn't know how to draw feet and guns, well...anatomy in general. I'm flummoxed at the fact he made millions of dollars in the 90's.
are any of you guys going to C2E2? I'll be in artist alley!
