You don't care about most of anything I post; why should that change? Silly man.
Also that looks good.

I would care if you posted good shit.
Results of Saturday's stoned, drunk gaming marathon. Had this at like 3am...
Made a second one the next day when I was not so stoned and drunk that looked much better.
Homemade snickerdoodle cookies with Snicker's ice cream and rolled in peanut butter cup pieces and chocolate chips.
Holy fuckballs. That's amazing.
Also, Toki, if you haven't been to Flex Mussels yet you should go. It's fucking ridiculously good. If you're just eating mussels you can get out of there for 30-35 a person.
I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY ZETANIO.
added avocado slices and shredded 2% sharp cheddar to the chicken mixture on a whole wheat tortilla. took the salsa/taco seasoning mix leftover from the crockpot and added it along with salt and pepper to some pinto beans, delicious. so filling, so good. please excuse the plating, I'm eating this at work.
See? See how much better this is?
Did you heat it up at work? If so you should toss the cheese in when you do! Melted cheese is best cheese.
yeah I did, I was thinking the same thing but by the time I was already at the microwave and said screw it. that's how lazy I am
beans are surprisingly delicious; I didn't think that would work so well. I'm definitely making this again
Well since we doing Mexican food...
Got a batched of steaks I cooked up
But was tired of eating just steaks (being doing them like 2-3 times a weak since I learned how easy on sous vide). Sliced it up and sautéed some red bell peppers in garlic, butter/avocado oil and some home made spicy taco seasoning.
Put in flour tortilla with some cheese and covered outside in butter (holy shit butter makes everything better lol. Crispy buttery tortilla is amazing) and browned on pan
And sliced up my quesadillas
Just finished last of leftovers last night so sad
Damn son. Quesadilla game is strong.
Weren't you complaining about heart issues in another thread? Or was that someone else? If it was you, stop using butter for everything. Yes, it makes things taste better, but it may not be helping the heart issue.
I don't think that's him.
Well then use more butter until you do develop a heart problem so that I'm not wrong.
Don't do that.
More like possible circulation issues. That said they go back and forth on the whole cholesterol train it's really hard to tell but just had blood work and that was fine anyways. It's not like I really use it on everything. It's just one of the more common things I use when I need an oil/fat for cooking or very occasionally want to add some more calories to fill out my day but already had a bunch of carbs/protein. But can't really use too much since I do limit/watch my calorie intake. Besides probably gunna get the cancer first instead. Sister, aunt, grandma all did and they didn't even teabag a reactor vessel like I totally didn't do in 2 different reactors
Hello, I'm going to share with you this nice little pasta recipe my bosnian friend taught me, a recipe from their family restaurant.
This is what you need. Fresh pasta is best, though it doesnt have to be flavoured like the one I used today. Other than that you need a garlic clove, 3-4 cherry tomatoes, a half red pepper, preferably fresh basil and parmesan. I got a cheap copy for parmesan today. You can use normal tomato but they will give too much juice, so cherry works better.
Fry the chopped pepper and garlic. Use whole slices of garlic instead of making it into too small pieces. The pepper is pretty strong so don't take too much. Also start boiling some salted water for the pasta.
Add the sliced cherry tomato and start boiling the pasta. Fresh pasta will require less time than dried, so account for that. If you are worried the stuff will start to burn in the pan, add some water from the pasta.
When the pasta is soft, pour out the water and add it to the pan. Let it get some color and lose some excess fluid.
Finishing touches with fresh basil and parmesan. Total time required, max 15 minutes. I do it vegetarian like this, but I think it would be perfect to add some shrimps to it. Sorry for the blurry pictures!
That's close to an aglio y olio. I like the recipe. Thanks!
gonna make some chili this weekend, which I have never done before. question is this: I've had issues with cooked zucchini and/or bell peppers in the past holding their texture over the course of a few days in the fridge leftover. will this be a problem with chili, or do you think it's safe to add them? I'm guessing they'll get a bit mushy but that because it's chili, it won't detract from the overall texture... but I don't want to waste a whole batch to find out.
If it's about pepper fruit and bell peppers, it doesn't matter if they grow a little soft before cooking. As long as you are not using it as a salad... But i guess you mean you already cooked it before and in that case no, it's gonna be very hard to get anything palatable out of that mess.
Anybody happen to be vegan and use the Instapot?
