eh I've always preferred nigiri. that and I was under the assumption that they use tortillas, but upon closer inspection it looks like they use seaweed as the wrapper?
I'll probably try one and love it, if our food trucks aren't out of season yet

It's a giant maki roll.
Seaweed, rice, fish, other stuff (If you want)
Wait is this bacon I see!?!
Lotus chips.
Made nachos with the GF last night.
Tortilla chips, leftover sous vide short ribs ripped up and tossed on. Two layers. Covered in jack and cheddar. Baked at 450 for 10 minutes.
Fucking heaven.
Deal breaker.
Could just put some on one side or something
Honestly it would have overpowered the short ribs too. We had salsa on the side but I didn't even bother with it.
Toki - Eh.. she's better at it than she wants to believe. I'll get her eating Cajun food soon and it'll change her game.
honestly I love jalapenos but I still limit them. because of the explosiveassbloodfire a few hours later :/ it's always a calculated move when I decide to go super spicy. I know I'll pay for it... sometimes it's worth it tho
You think jalapenos are super spicy?
; ;
there's no polite way to say this - I don't, but my ass does
Weird. They give me the least firebutt of most of the spicy things I eat.
Habaneros are the worst, followed closely by the medium-hot chicken curry, followed almost on the nose by this Thai curry I get occasionally.
made turkey burgers last night
well actually they turned into turkey crumble because they weren't staying together
also, I used the cheapo turkey in a plastic sausage-type tube rather than the stuff in the Styrofoam tray
also I just threw it all out because mushy texture + odd flavor = no thanks
so, uh. moral of the story: don't buy the super cheap ground turkey. it's basically meat paste and is disgusting. splurge on the stuff that at least resembles ground beef; it's like $2 more per lb and so worth it
oh well. should have added bacon...
Add breadcrumbs, add eggs.
Add sliced apple to keep them moist

Or stop using ground turkey. Get some good beef or bison or zebra. Now I wonder how well other red meats would work burgers. Shame my coworker has failed to get any deer all season
