Turkey tacos. Beef or Chicken premade packet of taco seasoning?
No I'm not making my own I'm missing one or two important things rn and making this in 30minutes.
I prefer chicken but they both work, add lots of extra pepper because those packets are for the whitest white people.
Yeah I usually add salt cumin pepper and w/e else. Don't normally do turkey so I was thrown off. I felt chicken since its white but who the fuck eats ground chicken tacos, gross.
Does anyone have some youtubers or what not you like to watch for recipes, tips, etc? Since getting the pellet smoker my wife and I really like watching How to BBQ Right Malcom Reed. We've done a few of his recipes and they've turned out nice.

yooooooooooooooooo that's what I do, but really I've never had better than moms and she does not do this at all.
although she does pressure cook the thighs for it to speed it up.
Had some Costco rotisserie chicken to use up so made an impromptu enchilada casserole. Made homemade enchilada sauce and added in some sautéed red peppers I had leftover from last week too. Tossed in oven to melt cheese and it was really good and keto friendly overall , score.
That looks really damn good. Great job!
Made an impromptu dinner tonight - Skillet pizza.
3 fresh mozzarella rounds
Oregano
1tsp olive oil
1tbsp Parmesan cheese
Boar's head pepperoni
Basically I heat up the pan to medium high and add the olive oil. Then place the 3 cheese rounds in the skillet until they melt, then turn up the heat to about medium high allowing the cheese to crisp. I then add the oregano and Parmesan cheese before placing the pepperoni on top.
Continue to let the cheese crisp on medium high until it is well browned on the bottom and slides out of the pan. Not an everyday meal but works in a pinch.
My first try at caprese chicken. Next time I'll take it out before the cheese melts so much but it's delicious. Also planning to marinate the chicken in balsamic as well. And of course Parmesan roasted cauliflower to go with because it's my favorite.
While the below picture is nothing special per say, I wanted to share it and tell a story. I couldn't go home for lunch on last Thursday so I got a salad from Arby's because it's next door and because I'm (while not being successful) trying to eat healthier. Well, Friday night I was lazy so I got Pizza Hut. Had that for breakfast on Saturday. Wife brought home Popeyes Saturday night. Sunday I woke up with a huge stomach ache and felt like shit. Well, today we made bacon and eggs for breakfast and made excess bacon for salads. The romaine from below was picked and I added cherry tomato and green pepper from our garden as well. I added only a little shredded cheddar cheese (that I shredded from the block) and four slices of bacon. No dressing. That salad was absolutely incredible.
The below pic is this morning, less than 24 hours after my wife picked it clean the day before. I'm not a salad person but I'm dead serious when I say the taste was incredible. I hope to eat this romaine until it will not produce anymore.
We have basil, rosemary, and green onions in the apartment. It's changed our seasoning game something fierce.
Gonna make top sirloin with blackberry sauce tonight for dinner. I might remember to take a picture this time.
