Depending on where you are cleaving, it is sometimes easier to HP and then run back to the Pyre.

I aggroed some repops just near the end of a pull and had a Pyre sat waiting. Would have taken me forever to kill them without mass shield block TP as I only had my dagger with me. So I just converted > died > ran back out and the pyre was still there and useable.

Granted I was fortunate as I was very near the Rala zoneline.

That's definitely good to know that you can zone and they'll stay up. I was wondering about that too cause I'm usually close to a zone when doing this.

Yeah, I wasn't sure myself but I figured I had nothing to lose in trying as no way would I have killed them quick enough. I expected that the Pyre would remain but it wouldn't let me use it so was pleasantly surprised to see it was still useable.

Keeping a warp scroll on you or just zoning mobs may be more efficient. Zoning them would have probably been quicker in hindsight but I just instinctively suicided.

JP Revenge! lol I had similar shit happen to me last night, tried to open a pyre and got it to 5%, moved a little to the left, 10%, back to the right, 10%, couldn't get it back to 5% or find 0% for that matter and it disappeared on me, 40 spectacles gone.

Daaaaamn I barely use more than like 3 spectacles per pyre. Sometimes I'll get a bitchy one which takes like 5-6. 40 is alot :/

One of the many many situations I end up jumping in to "help" and actually not get the task done. So silly, that's why I tend to just leave people be unless it's something concrete like raising them...
