Watched RHCP live last year, guys got old for sure but still rocking (they really need to start adding Dosed to their setlist). Will definitely go to Glastonbury 2013.
Waiting for Bonnaroo in TN this year as well but not sure if I'll be able to find some time off from work.
Firefly went on sale at noon today. It should be pretty nice again this year and all nearby hotels sold out months ago. The website is totally locked up, so I don't think there's any huge worry about it selling out immediately.
I am considering going to firefly, some friends and I may do a beach house on broadkill that week. sunday would be murder since we would have to check out of the house then but whatever.
i am so sick of RHCP playing festivals though. fucking whores.
also surprised no one has mentioned roo lineup. its pretty amazing imo. but lol @ mumford and lumineers. people need to untuck their penisginas and stop listening to these bands
For you Europeans, Greenfield Fest in Switzerland: http://festival-outlook.consequenceo...field-festival
Bands like:
Bad Religion, Bouncing Souls, Coheed, Converge, NOFX, Queens of the Stone Age, Rammstein, Slayer, The Prodigy, and more
guess im just impressed that one fest can pull mccartney, tom petty, bjork, wilco, kellz. thats A LOT of money
I'd love to do Bonnaroo, but Firefly doesn't even lure us and we live an hour from Dover. I'd really like to check out the Pitchfork Festival. It's not too expensive, the headliners are good, and I've never been to Chicago.

Can't wait, pretty much all my favorites, and couldn't ask for a better initial lineup.

tickets go on sale this weekend.
Today Greg Kot confirmed Vampire Weekend, Killers, Mumford, and Phoenix has 4 of the headliners for Lolla, also said Postal Service and The National will be playing. Nine Inch Nails was reported to be playing by Billboard last month, an obvious 6th headliner. Mumford is fucking terrible but I can fuck with the rest. Hopefully the 6th headliner is Kanye or something and I just never have to wear pants again.
Postal Service is the only one I'd want to see, and I'm getting paid to see them in June. Then again, the major festivals usually have absolutely terrible headliners that are just there to generate ticket sales anyways.
TomorrowLand 2nd location. =D

Main stage looks fucking terrible, 2nd stage looks confused as fuck (I'm sure there are going to be a lot of people there because Hellyeah and Symphony X). Everything else looks great, too bad it's in France.
I like how the guy looks like Marylin Manson, but hes not playing lol
