I don't mind another Big Boss story, but playing as The Boss during WW2 would be absolutely incredible.

I won't complain, since I think Big Boss is a bad ass and the second best character int he series. But The Boss on the other hand (The best imo) I am not to sure of. While I love her character, I like the mystery behind her and wouldn't want them to 'ruin' her epicness somehow.
