Coming off an injury and missed some of camp. Not saying he won't be just as good as he was last year, just that there are reasons he may not be.

Fantasy wise (which is all anyone cares about unless your a Bears fan) it's even worse - he's never scored a lot of TDs and that will be even less since the Bears will probably use Bush more at the goal.

Just saying it's more of a volatile position than the others. More risk of injury/breakdown, and always a few new RBs breaking out every year from backup roles when given the chance.

And? The reason players are valued how they are in fantasy is because of how they perform in "real" football. You can't separate them.

His fantasy stats don't affect his actual value to his team though. If Bush does pound 'em in all year and all Forte does is rush for 100+ yards a game and catch 10 passes, I'd say he's had a great fucking year. Fantasy BS has ruined NFL fans perception of reality.

Injuries and holdout affect fantasy value because they could cause the player to lose effectiveness or miss games. I'm not sure how you guys don't see how this applies to "real" football.

All I said is there is questions about every RB outside of 2-3. Not my fault Rhinox got butthurt about Forte and spinning it into something more. There's a greater chance of Forte being bad/injured after getting paid, because he's an RB, than any other position. That's all I was saying - RB is a volatile position.

Forte didn't miss any training camp and wasn't seriously hurt last year. He could have came back if the bears had clinched a playoff spot along with cutler.
