edit: I get what you're saying Tyche. We are only seeing a small sample size and we haven't seen much football stuff at all. He just seems to have an odd personality for a head coach to me. I have been around a lot of big personalities in my life within sports and the military though, so maybe I'm just overestimating what a coach is or how important that part of the job is. I didn't think the "player council" thing was all that weird as most teams I've been on, gyms I've been a part of, units I was in, or jobs I've been at have "leadership" meetings with those above you. That is how successful organizations are run...at any level.
