If you're referring to the buildings on the outer ring of the city wall, I don't think that ring is accessible... but then I didn't try very hard to find a way up there so I don't know for sure.

He has a video linked to it with his build. It's interesting, I had ignored bomb kit for the most part -- flamethrower and elixir gun look more impressive, mine kit and grenade kit to some degree look kind of boring -- I had put bomb kit somewhere in between, but it looks really impressive for group fights, whether PvE or PvP.

Elix gun was pretty underwhelming at low level, didnt get to try it in pvp though

I really want to try Bomb Kit, Grenade Kit, and Tool Kit now -- I mostly ignored them when I messed with an engineer, and they might help put it back in my top 5.

The award for most broken build goes to....warhorn ranger. Have a guildie that was using this and commenting how broken it was but i didn't believe him till i saw for myself.

I still stand by Sword/dagger ranger being the best. An extra out/in move is hard to beat.
