I wish the T4S stuff was around when I was still in college. I had the VA skills, but no "scene" around in which to band together with. Good stuff all around.

I'm going to download that to my desktop and move it to my tablet so that I have something to watch on the flights I'm taking later.
They had they're casting all planned out, said in FAQs they weren't taking auditions or anything, don't think you had much of a shot in either case sorry to say.
I don't mean literally with them, I mean in general, haha.
basically anyone lani voices? lol
they had it planned out since the first episode (LK had to audition for freezer tho) only minor characters have had the newer abridgers do cameo's (shadyvox doing a grunt getting blasted in freezers ship for instance)
(i agree with you ust opening up the discussion more)
Those are the ones that fall pretty well within my range; vocal inflections are easy to do for modifications. That's why someone who can do Dodoria should also be able to match Zarbon perfectly. The skill or talent comes in when you have to exceed your range, yet find a way to do so. I can increase my range, but it lowers my volume and adds a hushed tone to it; it could be edited out (I used to do some voice work in college and sung/keyboarded in a band that cut a few CDs back in the day), but its still difficult. An example would be for a guy like me, who feels right at home doing Guru, to suddenly pop out a SSJ3 Goku transformation scream (NA of course) with the same volume level. It would be very, very difficult without proper coaching, yet I can do it in a quieter voice, although if it was recorded and the volume increased, the voice would also have to be enhanced, which sucks. D:
If I knew what the hell voice acting was or where the hell they did it (outside of major cities like New York or LA), I might have went for it outside of high school. I like the parody ones better, though, because you get to say more, even if you aren't making a direct profit off of your work.
Preview for the Cooler movie is on their site. Looks pretty good so far.
Yajirobe part had me rolling
Must watch this.
Spoiler: show
I wish for you to be my dinner!
Didn't think it was as good as their other movies, but it definitely had its moments.
Not now, Nail!
