lol, I'm glad it helped, I was feeling hugely obnoxious at first. I'm also glad to hear the last song isn't finished, that is definitely something I'd like to see. I'll have to remember where I'm at in the story to see how it turns out.
As far as song actually being the first of the group, that's not hugely shocking; seeing and assuming the themes were created linearly works just as well with one song containing and feeding back into all of the rest. Pretty cool nonetheless.
Ok, posting then back up for the afternoon then they're down until the release at the end of the year. Thanks so much to everyone that already gave feedback.

Sweet. Listening to Jettison now, it has a forward leaning pace thing to it, kinda Run Lola Run or sound track to Baraka feel. I could imagine this as a soundtrack to a flythrough of Tokyo or somewhere. The kettle whistling is quite grating to my ear though, but I swear I'm like a bat or something, I can hear really high pitched things that lots of others can't seem to hear. Apart from that though I like it, it feels like a real transition piece, if that makes sense. I'm hoping the next track will follow it on.
BTW this stuff is fun to knit to.
sounds fun
I liked Hatch a lot more than Jettison, it felt like it had more of a narrative to it. Also less of the kettle whistle which was nice for my ears.
Definitely felt like it was some sort of underwater ... like a submarine or something? Lots of pistons churning and slightly aquatic feel to it. Liked it a lot. Another piece I'd use for coding or exercising to, or knitting ;P
Listening to Evacuation Route, it feels like those levels in Metroid Prime where you have to escape before the building collapses sort of thing. I like the drive to it, and the messing with the beat emphasis. Keeps you a bit off balance. Nicely done.
Yeah, definitely like these. I think the first one is probably my favourite. This one when finished might pip it though!
Thanks Linliel, glad you like them and your knitting likes them too haha. Jettison is definitely the 'dancefloor' track of the release so I had to be a bit more strict and straightforward with it than the others. When it goes to master they'll be able to cut out any of the really obnoxious high frequencies so it should sound much better then.
Fab! It's great to hear some of the process too. Like I said before, look forward to hearing the finished product :D
