So I just got myself a new guitar

Sterling Musicman Ax20, signed by Avenged Sevenfold and Three days grace.
I paid 400$ for it (new, it was won by a friend on a radio show contest)

Now, I'm not planning on selling it ever, and I already used it (and it's awesome), but by curiosity.. How much could that guitar be worth?

The actual guitar (stock) is worth about $600. Though there's always the possibility it could be a custom model with different pick-ups, fret board, etc. which can increase the value to $900ish as you mentioned. The signatures can either increase or decrease the value, just depends on the customer. Personally, if I was interested in it for it's tone and or feel, I would inquire about a price drop as the finish and signatures are kind of lame (just personal taste obviously, some might find it awesome).

Browsing through Ebay, there are some starting at $250.

I don't have any info on what the guitar is other than model and make, and the fact it was 900$ was coming from the show so is it really that much who knows.

Anyway, compared to the 2 pieces of shit I had before, i'm happy. I was just curious (purely for bragging rights).

You can put some feelers out on some guitar forums, buyselltrade forums, and then maybe do a reserved ebay auction and see if someone bites.
