Got rear ended again on Saturday. This time I was in a complete stop and the dude slammed into my vehicle so hard his airbags deployed and my car wouldn't even start afterwards. My back is killing me and my head slammed into my wheel, so I got a doctors appointment tomorrow. His insurance has already admitted guilt that he was "distracted."

Question to BG lawyers, how many racks can I get from this fool? This was in VA and I drive a 2010 BMW GT 550i that had roughly 54k miles on it.

Car and medical will be covered 100%. I'd seek council from a lawyer immediately. You should be getting paid, especially if there is even the hint of permanent physical damage.

Yeah it'll take time but people always stop at car only. It's not car only. Medical is huge, always get hurt even if you aren't hurt. Damages are huge, there is a ton lost besides a means of transportation. Car obviously babied with low miles, more than just an object, fear of future accident, stress, loss of vehicle for a time, work/life affected, now you have ED.

So there's this dental group that hires my company occasional to come out and load up all the stuff local dentist bring in largely x-rays and files and such. THey pretty good hosts and usually put out some sort of drinks and snacks. I love going to them cause yay free food but also they are also at the end of the day on a Friday and the place happens to be about 2 blocks from my apartment so boss usually lets me leave from there so until they put the stupid fence up blocking the way would take just a few minutes to get home.

Well couldn't go to the one last Friday and that time instead of regular snacks and juice/water like normal they had sodas and pizza. And sure it was just Little ceasars so nothing too great but fuck free pizza. As usually hardly anyone ate anything so they had a lot left over and let our guys take a couple of pizzas back. Great for them sucks for me... but they didn't even eat them. They completely forgot and left it lying out all weekend. Fucking travesty

Cookie dough is the best one , fuck mint chip get the real deal for that. Red velvet is right behind for me and lemon cake. Birthday cake is almost too sweet for me regularly.
